Postage and Packaging Costs
Delivery costs £2.99 per item to the UK up to a maximum of £8.97.
For Europe , delivery is £8.49 per item.
For International orders, delivery is £11.99 per item .
If you are buying many items for delivery overseas, or would like the delivery insured, please contact us at webshop@nancydee.co.uk for a more comprehensive quote for delivery.
Method of Delivery
We send items by Recorded Delivery so please ensure that there is someone at your delivery address to sign for the parcel.
Delivery times
For UK orders, please allow 7 days from ordering to receipt of your package.
For European and International orders, please allow 14 days for delivery.
Exchanges and Refunds
At Nancy Dee we are proud of our clothing and want you to be as happy as possible with your purchase.
If you change your mind about the item, we can offer an exchange or full refund, provided the item is returned within 7 days of receipt, in perfect condition with all sales tags intact and a copy of the original invoice. Please indicate on the invoice the reason for return.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post.
Please note that we cannot refund delivery charges except in the unlikely circumstance that the product is faulty. However, we will not charge you for postage for an exchanged item where another size or style is available.
Remember that your postal bag can be reused! Follow the instructions on the packaging and you can get a second life from your eco-bag.
